Abstract:

Background: Dynamic protein-protein interaction NETWORKs (DPPIN) can confirm the conditional and temporal features of proteins and protein complexes. In addition, the RELATION of protein complexes in dynamic NETWORKs can provide useful information in understanding the dynamic functionality of PPI NETWORKs. Objective: In this paper, an algorithm is presented to discover the temporal association rule from the dynamic PPIN dataset. Material and Methods: In this analytical study, the static protein-protein interaction NETWORK is transformed into a dynamic NETWORK using the gene expression thresholding to extract the protein complex RELATIONs. The number of presented proteins of the dynamic NETWORK is large at each time point. This number will increase for extraction of multidimensional rules at different times. By mapping the gold standard protein complexes as reference protein complexes, the number of items decreases from active proteins to protein complexes at each transaction. Extracted sub graphs as protein complexes, at each time point, are weighted according to the reference protein complexes similarity degrees. Mega-transactions and extended items are created based on occurrence bitmap matrix of the reference complexes. Rules will be extracted based on Mega-transactions of protein complexes. Results: The proposed method has been evaluated using gold standard protein complex rules. The amount of extracted rules from Biogrid datasets and protein complexes are 281, with support 0. 2. Conclusion: The characteristic of the proposed algorithm is the simultaneous extraction of intra-transaction and inter-transaction rules. The results evaluation using EBI data shows the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract:

Safety is one of necessary infrastructures for constant development. Road safety is very important and have a considerable role in reducing of wastage and injury and fatal accidents effective factors in accidents are road problems technical fault and human factor. According to statistics and expert ideas, 20 percents of accidents happen because of road problem, 10 percents happen because of technical fault and 10 percents occur because of human factor. In recent years, with technology deployment in vehicle design and increasing of standard roads, human factor role being main important factor in accidents occurring unauthorized speed is a main important factor in appearing human errors. This article have been considered to execution resolutions in other countries and speed management for road safety increasing. Speed controlling have a basic role in safty improvement. Investigation show that reducing the maximum speed limit have diminished accident severity and risk of accidents.

Abstract:

In this paper the minimum cost flow problem with additional linear constraints on some arcs' flows has been considered. The additional constraints show that the flow on arcs which are belonged to specific subsets of arcs have to be linearly depended on the flow on a specific arc(called reference arc) in the subset. Since the basis structure in this problem is not a spanning tree, we introduce a basis spanning graph and call it a good (q+1)-forest for the problem. Then by regarding the optimality conditions, we restructure the NETWORK simplex algorithm to solve the above problem.

Abstract:

The RELATIONship between the prosecution service and the police is one of the most effective RELATIONships between social institutions in crime management. These RELATIONs follow the distinctive models in accordance with the ruling system (accusatorial or inquisitorial). The accusatorial system has governed the NETWORK model of prosecution service and police RELATIONs. This paper deals with the descriptive-analytical method to introduce the NETWORK model, components of the NETWORK RELATIONs model of the prosecution service and the police and ultimately criticizes it. This RELATIONship is based on a type of interoperability and NETWORK linkage, and is contrary to the inquisitorial system that has led to a hierarchical approach between the prosecution service and the police. This study will provide an introduction to the feasibility of developing the components of this model to the police and prosecution service RELATIONs in Iran's criminal justice system and to improve the governing model.

Abstract:

Community as one of the tools of urban planning has been raised to overcome the problems of the urban system during the twentieth century and is taken into consideration from different viewpoints. Development at the local level and finding democratic solutions, dedicate an important part of urban planning to itself. Therefore, a deeper understanding of community development, and bridging the gap can understand the planners in m right decisions and prepare appropriate plans to lead urban communities. On the other hand, social NETWORKing is a critical issue for human societies, which can has a vital connection with the Community development system. The present study aims to investigate the RELATIONship between social NETWORKs with community development in the Fahadan community of Yazd city. The methodology of this research in terms of aim is application - development and in terms of the nature and method is descriptive – analytical. The used tool is a questionnaire that has been analyzed SPSS and Amos software’s. The results show that there is a direct RELATIONship between social NETWORKs and the community development, according to research findings, the impact of social NETWORKs on community development is 0.70 percent. The Standardized Beta coefficient in components of social participation by a factor of (b=0.172), NETWORK quality by a factor of (b=0.111), civic participation by a factor of (b=0.092), also has the largest share in explaining the development of community planning sequentially. Structural equation modeling results show that with the increase of social trust, community development components also increase.
